to happen once is bad enough
but 3 times is downright careless

That was a miraculous escape. Its a miracle the mum was'nt seriosly hurt as well. I cant begin to imagine how she must have felt.

To be truthful I think the shock of seeing my baby go under a train would have given me a heart attack. some one was watching over them.

A dreadful frightening sight that one has no control over,
maybe thats the reason (in the other thread,) that the Underground worker got so exasperated with the elderly man that insisted standing too close to the edge of the platform.

I dont really use the trains very often may be there should be more porters rail staff etc patrolling the platforms like they used to do, I can remember when I was a young child we used to travel to Bilston on the train to shop there was always someone on the platform making sure no one got to close to the edge.

Oh no, thats harsh. She made a horrible mistake in letting go of the pram, but the platform seemed to slope quite dangerously. She almost got herself killed trying to reach for her baby. There are far worse Mothers out there than her IMO.

one place to not let go of a pram is directly in front of a speeding 120mph 100 tonne train, syl!!!!!!!!!Syl wrote:CannyX wrote:literally a miracle! i wonder how many hits the vid will eventually have.DreamTwister wrote:Lucky escape.

i despise some of these mums with prams. one minute you are driving along a road and the next you suddenly see a pram poking out in between a row of parked cars. why do mums do that?? priceless.

Oh yes, that amazes me too. Its like they are testing whether or not you are going to stop in time, but using the baby as bait.
