Do you lose your rag easily and if so what do you do to calm down, or are you one of these lucky ppl that however many curved balls life throws at you, you never get knocked off balance as it were.

I posted on another thread recently. Acceptance and gratitude keep you out of you own way. I don't play mind f games and I don't play with people that do. I laugh at those that do.

In that case Dean, it does beg a question if you dont mind answering, why do you like posting on here if your somewhat erratic, or do you see this forum as something of an equalizer cos you know you've got to behave in the main, i dont mean to be nosy but im genuinely curious cos i like to know what makes ppl tick.
