Stephen Gately has died.

The Boyzone singer apparently fell asleep after a night out but never woke up.

that was a boyband I actually enjoyed listening to I even have a couple of cds

So sad. They are not releasing too much info at the moment.
Seems odd that a 33 year old lad, who looked in the picture of health at that awards do last Monday, should suddenly die in his sleep.

Very sad though.

when we heard that they had been partying at a nightclub all night and came home at 8am with a third man, we thought it had a sleazy feel to it.

but it was all innocent. it seems he had a dodgy heart. as simple as that. some very young apparently healthy adults do die suddenly -the equivalent of adult cot death syndrome.
