All this loyalty bollox?
Like sheep a lot of people seem to have followed micky.
What happened to this loyalty many of you speak of?
Loyalty to WW who put all the hard work in for people to enjoy ...this forum?

I'm more interested in what actually happened. I have nothing against WW or Micky, although WW has become rather sinister with his silence.

He's been pretty much silent since setting this place up and keeping an eye on things but ...this cult of personality seems to have swept over otherwise normaly rational people.
For quite some time mickys ridiculous behaviour has been causing concern ...he had to go but the members here seem to have mostly screamed like children and run off with their gang leader who has proved to be two faced dishonest and incredibly thick.
Common sense has gone out the window.
When will people learn?
Like a wave they will all be swept to somewhere else and .look rather foolish when mickys next disatser strikes ...and it will.

But this was supposed to be Micky's forum. I know WW set it up but he did it for Micky. It was known as Micky's forum, despite some of the problems here. It had Micky's personality all over it, including the overuse of the banstick.

WW did indeed ...go out of his way to help micky ...he didn't have to.
Micky wanted his own place ...which anyone with basic pc skills can set up in an hour or two but not micky.
Trouble was micky couldn't be trusted so an eye had to be kept on things and there was growing concern about his moods and demands and double standards.
This place grew and became a great forum ...cos of the members and despite micky ...not cos of him.
When in yet another tantrum he threatens to destroy the place and fuck the members ...which he now says was only a pretendy threat ...something was bound to happen.
He's had the boot ...he deserved the boot.
WW didn't giggle over his cornflakes one morning and think ...what a laugh it will be if I give micky the boot.
Micky was a liability full stop.
Who's more intelligent ...micky or WW?
Who enabled you all to have a great forum ...micky or WW?
So many normaly rational people refusing to see the truth.
Best of luck to the cult follwers.

But then WW did say he was handing the forum over to Micky, and he clearly didn't. Either that or he got back in the founder's account somehow. One or both of them didn't tell the truth about that.

Micky couldn't be trusted it's as simple as that.

There's a thread on Forumotion about WW handing over the forum, so I presume Micky was genuine about that. I'd like to know why it didn't happen, or if it did happen - how did WW get back in?

Why not? Spa1 was hacked, and there was an issue about who had access to the founder account there too. Anyone who runs a forum they haven't set up should be interested.

I'm with you (bloody hell gal, first time for an agreement ) on this one, I think it is mightily important to know the technical details (not that I would understand them mind

I might not either, but I would understand the basics as I run a Forumotion forum too.

Re: All this loyalty bollox?
what i'd like cleared up is this:
is this micky's forum, set up for him by WW or
is this WW's forum with Micky running it as No2 to WW

is this WW's forum with Micky running it as No2 to WW

It was mickys forum thanks to WW's hard work.Joshua wrote:what i'd like cleared up is this:

But ...micky couldn't change a light bulb and needed WW to do everything all the time.
Twice I think ...micky went into the control room ...and tewice fucked it up.
Would you want to see your hard work screwed into the ground?
Would you stand for threats from micky to bring it down and fuck the posters?
I wouldn't.

But why did WW delete Micky and DT? Couldn't he have just talked to them? He could even have just banned them if he was really worried about it.

Re: All this loyalty bollox?
Look, this is what WW said.
So Micky and DT tried to alter the founder status. They couldn't do that if they couldn't get into the founder account, hence the "attempt". I thought Micky had access to the founder account, if not full control of it.
Unfortunately,an attempt was made to alter founder status on the forum earlier today. Since a forum deletion threat was made some months ago by Micky, I have as admin, undertaken to prevent this happening again and maintained a minor role in assuring there are no suspicious/malicious posters. Today, my efforts were countered by Micky and DT attempted to alter my founder status, hence the deletions.

if i'd given someone a forum, i wouldn't have the right to interfere afterwards no matter what
if WW had kept ownership and let Micky run it for him on that understanding, then that would be a different matter
