Some people have been kicked off certain forums and aren't allowed to join others. SBS seems to have disappeared for some people. Some people have fallen out and argue all the time. Real Spa is allegedly closing today, but I can't vouch for the accuracy of that. It's all very gloomy.

imo, the only thing that went wrong was the fact that micky was mistaken in thinking this place belonged to him. clearly it did not. up until last wednesday, we all (including me) thought it did belong to him! salutory lesson here: read the small print!



but he ran the forum very well. it was peaceful and it was thriving! everyone was equal, bullies from other forums who turned up got the shock of their lives - he did not tolerate bullying. and he was always full of exciting ideas for this place, and he was good at delegating too, the first rule of management.

there were times when mickey upset me, (not deliberately, but he did really hurt me sometimes) but this is not the time to talk about such matters....



for now, i will dwell on his good points, of which there were many. all told he was great guy, and that is my last word on the subject.
