Your favourite actors/actresses.
One of my favourite actors HAS to be "pocket hardman" Bob Hoskins, and i hadn't seen him for a while, but he was in a drama called 'The Street' last night on the BEEB as a pub landlord being threatened by the local villain/hardman, and he was brilliant in it, so who is you favourite actor/actress from TV or film.

It was a great drama, he did the fight scene himself because they could not find a stunt double, SMALL enough to play him. Jimmy McGoverns storys are brilliant.
Since a kid I always liked Richard Widmark, used to stand in front of the mirror practising his "Tommy Udo" sneer from the film "Kiss of Death" I reckoned I looked real "Hard" then, along with the Marlon Brando "Mumble" and James Dean`s Swagger Female Actresses its got to be Julie London, and of course Marilyn, got pictures of both of them over my PC

Marilyn Monroe, was IMO, the most beautiful, vulnerable, complex actress, of ALL time. AND she could act, though she was'nt often given the opportunity.

Re: Your favourite actors/actresses.
I think one of the best action actors now imo is Jason Statham, cos he's been great in all 3 'Transporter' films, but a word of advice if your reading this Jase, lose the US accent son cos your crap at it.

i also admire robert de niro, susan sarandon and jane fonda.
but jodie foster is my top thespian, she has been MESMERISING in every film she has done. she gave us silence of the lambs, flightplan, panic room and so many more. plus she is educated to a very high standard too, she could have gone off and been a doctor or lawyer if she had prefered.
