QUOTE OF THE DAY.

I mentioned the idea of "quote of the week" to mickymod, because when browsing in this forum, I often come across funny one-liners, or profound, thought-provoking remarks. I felt such posts should get a second airing. So this thread will be a sticky and I will be posting little gems/pearls of wisdom once a week. (Micky I hope I have done this properly, the way we discussed it. If not, let me know).



This thread will not contain any post that mocks posters or any ones which are put-downs. BTW if anyone has any suggestions, please forward them to me via PM.

Micky has suggested that QUOTE OF THE WEEK should now become "QUOTE OF THE DAY". So there will be a daily posting here. Today I will post several quotes, cos there is still a backlog of amusing quotes, but I will reduce the number to one quote per day as time goes on.
